After you get your new password you can login from the email links on the PVC web page or go to: https://outlook.paloverde.edu/Exchange/  
 
If you are using Windows XP you should get a login pop-up that looks like this:

Notice you must type paloverde\ before your username.

If you are using Windows 2000 or Windows 98 you should get a login pop-up that looks like this:

Notice you must fill in the "Domain" field with paloverde.
