Resolution 13-05 B-18 – AMENDMENT OF SPRING STREET
PROPERTY SALE PRICE AND EXTENSION OF BID DEADLINE
BE IT RESOLVED, that Palo Verde Community College District Board of
Trustees approves to amend the minimum price for the sale of the Palo
Verde Community College District Spring Street property from $520,000 to
$400,000, and to comply with applicable Government and Education Codes
regarding public notice, extending the bid deadline with the amended
sales price to April 9, 2013 at 4pm.
It was moved by Dr. Thomas, and seconded by Mr. Edmond, that Resolution
13-05 B-18 be approved.
