You are eligible if you are:
- A first-time PVC college student OR
- A returning PVC student who has not attended college within the past two years OR
- A recent high-school graduate who has attended Palo Verde High School, Twin Palms High School, Needles High School, or who has been home-schooled.
You must complete the steps outlined on the checklist below and complete the application. That's it! We'll help you through the process. Call 921-5500 with any questions you may have. Take the steps toward a better future!
