PVC Climate Survey

Palo Verde College conducted the Fall 2025 Employee Climate Survey to better understand employee perceptions of the college’s working environment and organizational culture. The survey was designed to gather broad feedback from employees across the institution on key areas including workplace safety, communication, leadership, inclusion, work environment, and compensation. The results provide valuable insight into areas of strength and opportunities for improvement, and they will be used to inform ongoing planning, decision‑making, and efforts to strengthen transparency, collaboration, and employee well‑being across the college.
